General Job Description

We are seeking warm and engaging people to be a part of our team. These positions are responsible for ensuring Float OKC customers have the best possible experience while maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the facility. Ideal candidate should be warm, engaging, and have a passion for helping people.  

Duties

  • Greeting customers as they check in and check out

  • Answering the phone

  • Utilizing our online appointment software to book, check-in and check-out customers

  • Conducting customer orientations in float rooms

  • Cleaning and restocking float rooms between appointments

  • Light, but frequent cleaning of common areas

  • Cleaning and organizing front desk area and storage room

  • Ensuring common areas are neat and orderly

  • Washing and folding towels

Required Skills

  • Professional, inviting and personable

  • Good oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
