General Job Description

These positions are responsible for ensuring Float OKC customers have the best possible experience while maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the facility. Duties
Greeting customers as they check in and check out
Answering the phone
Utilizing our online appointment software to book, check-in and check-out customers
Conducting customer orientations in float rooms
Cleaning and restocking float rooms between appointments
Light, but frequent cleaning of common areas
Cleaning and organizing front desk area and storage room
Ensuring common areas are neat and orderly
Washing and folding towels
Required Skills
Professional, inviting and personable
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Clean and organized
