Accessibility

We want this site to work for everyone, and we would rather hear about a problem than have somebody quietly give up on booking.

What we have done

• Built the pages with semantic HTML, so screen readers get real structure rather than a pile of unlabelled boxes.
• Made everything reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus outline on whatever you are on.
• Aimed for WCAG 2.1 AA colour contrast, and kept body text at a size that does not need zooming.
• Labelled every form field properly, and written error messages that say what to fix rather than just that something is wrong.
• Written alt text that describes the picture, rather than stuffing keywords into it.
• Honoured your reduced-motion setting — if your system asks for less movement, the site does not animate.
• Rendered all the important content on the server, so nothing essential depends on JavaScript running.

Booking

Booking, payment and account management happen in our booking provider's system, which we do not control. If you have difficulty with any part of it, call us on (405) 340-0851 and we will book it for you over the phone.

Visiting us

If it would help to know about the layout of the building or the float suites before you come, call us and ask — we are happy to describe it or show you around first. Our pods measure 84 by 58 inches inside, with the opening 24 inches from the floor.

Tell us when we get it wrong

If something on this site does not work for you, please tell us. Email theteam@floatokc.com or call (405) 340-0851. It is genuinely useful to know.
