Float + Infrared Sauna
An hour in the float suite and a thirty-minute infrared sauna session, booked together. Most people take the sauna first and finish in the tank, so they shower at the end — but either order works.

(405) 340-0851 Book your experienceFloat therapy means resting in about ten inches of water so saturated with Epsom salt that your body floats effortlessly. The water is kept at roughly 93°F — close to skin temperature — so the boundary between you and the water becomes hard to feel. Sessions at Float OKC run one hour in a private suite.
900 pounds of Epsom salt dissolved into ten inches of water makes the solution dense enough to support any body. Floating requires no skill and no effort — you cannot sink, and you do not need to be able to swim. Even a floater who falls asleep stays fully supported.
Water and air inside the tank are held at around 93°F. At that temperature the sensation of water against skin fades into the background, and so does the line where the water meets the air.
Light and music are optional, and the door can stay open. A first-time floater who is unsure about enclosed spaces can leave it up entirely. Every part of the session is adjustable, and nothing about it is locked in once you are in the room.
Each float suite is its own room with its own shower. Most guests float without clothing — swimsuit ties and elastic become a distraction — and the privacy of the suite is what makes that comfortable.

A private thirty-minute session in our infrared sauna room. Gentler and less stifling than a traditional steam sauna, and an easy thing to add to the end of a float.
A ten-minute session with our red light panel. Included with every membership and available on its own.
Sessions run monday – sunday, 10am – 7pm. Booking takes about a minute.
