Service policies
Cancellations and no-shows
We understand that life happens, and occasionally you will need to cancel or reschedule. We do have a 24-hour cancellation policy, so please let us know as soon as you can if you will be unable to keep your appointment. Without 24 hours' notice — including a no-show — the payment method on file is charged half the cost of the scheduled service. This applies even if the service was already purchased as a credit or gift card; the credit itself stays on your account to use another time.
Credits, gift cards and memberships
All service credits, gift cards and membership credits have no cash value. If you decide you no longer wish to receive services at Float OKC you may transfer your credits to another guest, but no cash value is assigned. All purchases are final.
Promotions and discounts
We can honor only one promotion or discount per transaction. Discounted packages, memberships and promotions cannot be combined.
Health and suitability
Float therapy and infrared sauna are wellness experiences, not medical treatments, and nothing on this website is medical advice or a claim to treat, cure or prevent any condition.
Floating is considered safe for almost everyone. We do recommend speaking with a healthcare professional first if you are pregnant, have low blood pressure, or are under the direct care of a doctor.
Some conditions mean floating is not possible with us:
- No hair coloring or self-tanner within 72 hours of your float.
- Please wait a month after getting a tattoo before floating.
- Guests with certain skin conditions cannot float, for their own safety and the cleanliness of the water.
Every guest completes an intake form before their first session.
Booking and payment
Booking, payment, memberships, packages and gift cards are handled by our booking provider. Their terms apply to those transactions alongside these. This website does not process or store payment card details.

The content on this site — text, images and design — belongs to Float OKC unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to link to it and quote it with attribution; please do not republish it wholesale.
We keep prices, hours and service details as current as we can, but they can change. Where anything here disagrees with what our booking system says at the point of purchase, the booking system is correct.
