A membership is billed monthly and includes a set number of sessions, with any additional sessions at the same discounted rate. Members also get 10% off in-store purchases and other services. There is no contract and you can cancel at any time. Membership credits are non-refundable.
A package is a one-off purchase of several float credits at a lower price per float, with no ongoing commitment. A membership is billed monthly and works out cheaper if you float regularly. Both can be shared with other people.
We ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Without that notice — including a no-show — the payment method on file is charged half the cost of the scheduled service. If you already bought the session as a credit or gift card, that credit stays on your account to use another time.
