What is your cancellation policy?
Short answer
We ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Without that notice — including a no-show — the payment method on file is charged half the cost of the scheduled service. If you already bought the session as a credit or gift card, that credit stays on your account to use another time.
Why the policy exists
A float suite booked and unused cannot be given to anyone else at short notice. The policy is there to keep the business viable, not to catch anyone out.
What gets charged
Half the cost of the scheduled service, to the credit card or gift card on file. This applies to no-shows as well as late cancellations.
Your credit is not lost
If you cancel late or miss an appointment having already purchased a service credit, the credit remains on your account. The fee is separate.
