Red light therapy is a short session spent in front of a panel emitting red and near-infrared light. Ours runs ten minutes and costs $20.
You sit or stand in front of the panel for ten minutes with eye protection on. There is nothing to operate and nothing to prepare. The room is private.
Ten minutes slots easily either side of an hour in the tank, which is how most of our guests use it. Red light first and float second is the usual order, because it means finishing in the water and showering at the end.
Every membership tier includes one ten-minute session a month. The Family Float Membership covers unlimited sessions for up to four named people.
Red light therapy is a wellness experience, not a medical treatment. We will describe exactly what a session involves and leave anything about outcomes to your own healthcare professional.

If you have tried a conventional sauna and found it too much, the difference here is the thing worth knowing.
