What you can book in Edmond

Float Therapy

$70 60 minutes

You lie back in skin-temperature water carrying 900 pounds of dissolved Epsom salt. The salt does all the work — your body rises and stays there, without effort. With the door closed the suite is dark and silent, and for an hour there is nothing to react to.

Float + Infrared Sauna

$95 60 min float + 30 min sauna

An hour in the float suite and a thirty-minute infrared sauna session, booked together. Most people take the sauna first and finish in the tank, so they shower at the end — but either order works.

Infrared Sauna

$25 30 minutes

A private thirty-minute session in our infrared sauna room. Gentler and less stifling than a traditional steam sauna, and an easy thing to add to the end of a float.

Red Light Therapy

$20 10 minutes

A ten-minute session with our red light panel. Included with every membership and available on its own.

What happens on my first float?

You fill in an intake form, a float specialist walks you through the suite and answers your questions, and then you have the room to yourself. Shower, get in, and float for an hour. Afterwards you shower again, use the vanity area, and can sit in the relaxation room for as long as you like.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

Arrive early enough not to feel rushed — particularly on a first visit, which includes an intake form and a walkthrough of the suite. If you complete your waiver online beforehand, the link for which is in your confirmation email, you will need less time on arrival.

What should I bring to my float?

Nothing, unless you particularly want your own. Each suite has towels, a wash cloth, makeup remover, shower shoes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a protective ointment for small cuts. The bathrooms have contact solution, a blow dryer, combs, deodorant, lotion and hair products.
