How long is a red light session?
Short answer
Ten minutes. It is the shortest thing we offer, which is why most people add it to a float or a sauna rather than making a separate trip for it.
Why so short
Ten minutes is the session length we run. Longer is not better here, and the appointment is built around that.
Allow a little more than ten
Add a few minutes either side for getting in and out of the room.
