Can I wear contact lenses while floating?
Short answer
We recommend taking them out. Salt water and contact lenses are an uncomfortable combination if any water reaches your eyes, and in a dark tank you do not need to see anything. There is contact solution and a case in the bathroom.
If you would rather keep them in
Some people do, and keep their eyes closed throughout. The spray bottle of fresh water inside every tank is there if any salt water does reach them.

Contact solution and cases are in both bathrooms, so you do not need to bring your own.
Good to know
- Keep your hands in the water rather than resting them on your face — that is how most salt gets into eyes.
