How long is a float session?
Short answer
A float session at Float OKC is one hour. You can book a single hour or several consecutive hours. Allow a little extra time either side for showering before and after, and for sitting in the relaxation room once you are done.
How the hour is structured
You shower first — this is required, and takes about five minutes — then get in. After sixty minutes the filtration system starts up quietly to let you know the session has ended, and you shower again to rinse the salt off.
How long to allow overall
Most people are in the building for around ninety minutes on a first visit, including the room walkthrough and time in the relaxation room afterwards. There is no rush at the end.

- Members and package holders can book multiple consecutive hours if an hour is not enough.
- The relaxation room has complimentary herbal tea, sketch books and colored pencils — stay as long as you like.
