Edmond is not short of pleasant places. It is short of genuinely quiet ones — somewhere with no music, no screens and nobody to talk to.
A park has traffic. A library has people. A coffee shop has a playlist and your own phone in your pocket. Quiet that still allows interruption is not really quiet; it is just a lower volume.
No phone, because it stays in the room. No screen, no sound, no light unless you want it, and nobody who can reach you for an hour. It is less a place to be quiet in than a place where being interrupted is structurally impossible.
180 W. 15th Street, Suite 170, Edmond. Most of our guests come from across the north Oklahoma City metro — Edmond, Nichols Hills, The Village, Deer Creek, Quail Creek, Arcadia and Guthrie.
It is worth knowing that a ten-minute red light session or a thirty-minute sauna are also options, and both are a genuine stop rather than a token one.

One number explains most of what makes a float tank different from a bath.
You float separately. The interesting part is what happens afterwards.
