We recommend floating without clothing, and the reason is purely practical rather than philosophical.
In water you can barely feel, at a temperature you cannot locate, a swimsuit tie or an elastic waistband becomes the single most noticeable thing in the room. It is a surprisingly effective distraction.
Your own room, your own shower, nobody else present at any point. That is what makes the recommendation reasonable rather than awkward.
Wear a swimsuit. Bring it — it is not something we provide. Plenty of people do and enjoy the float just as much.
If you have long hair, leave it down; tying it up creates tension you will notice for an hour. And shower shoes are provided, though you are welcome to bring your own flip flops.

The measurements, the plain answer on weight, and why the guesswork always runs smaller than the pod.
You are not swimming. You are lying in eleven inches of water that is denser than you are.
